Keto BBQ Chicken Kabobs

 


Ingredients:


150g Chicken Thigh fillet, cut into 2" pieces

2 Tbsp. Brown Erythritol

1/4 tsp Smoked Paprika

1/4 tsp Cumin powder

1/8 tsp black Pepper

1/8 tsp Chili powder

1/4 tsp Salt

Procedure:

1) Whisk together erythritol, paprika, cumin, pepper, chili powder, and salt in a bowl.

2) Toss in chicken pieces and marinate for at least 4 hours.

3) Thread chicken onto skewers and grill for 4-5 minutes per side.
